Survey

Since 2017, the University of Zaragoza has the HR label of excellence in research, a  quality label in an international environment on the subject of human resources for research. The Vice-Rectorate for Science Policy is working on the development of the new action plan related to the HRS4R strategy, for which it is essential to have the right data to visualise our improvement actions in this field. For this reason, a survey on aspects related to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers has been designed and can be found on the ATENEA portal.

The survey does not take more than 15 minutes to complete, and it is important to emphasize that the renewal of the label, which is part of a continuous improvement process, requires the collaboration of a significant part of the researchers working in our institution, involving from pre-doctoral researchers to senior researchers. The participation of all of you is key in order to define a human resources policy for research that will be included in the HRS4R strategy and allows us to renew the HR label, which we consider very important for our University.

That is why I would like to ask for your collaboration by filling in the survey that will be open from today until mid-June. This link includes the advantages of having the HR seal, both for the University of Zaragoza and for researchers, and how it can be used in the request for projects.
